Introduction
The Christian Minority Cell has been established to safeguard the rights and promote the welfare of Christian minority learners and staff within the institution. The cell ensures equal opportunities in education, fosters inclusivity, and upholds the values of faith, service, and excellence. It provides a platform for dialogue, guidance, and support, encouraging holistic development rooted in Christian ethics and values.
Objectives
- 1. To protect the interests and rights of Christian minority learners as per constitutional provisions.
- 2. To promote awareness of Christian values, heritage, and social responsibility within the institution.
- 3. To support learners through counselling, mentorship, and academic assistance.
- 4. To organize spiritual, cultural, and community outreach programs in line with Christian principles.
- 5. To foster unity, inclusivity, and mutual respect among learners of all faiths.
