Good morning and welcome to the new academic year.
Today, we do not merely open the doors of our College; we open its windows to new possibilities. Each one of you arrives carrying dreams, talents, questions and hopes. This Campus is where those dreams will find direction, those talents will be refined and those questions will lead to discovery.
Education is not simply the accumulation of knowledge it is the art of becoming - becoming wiser in thought, nobler in character and more generous in service. The degrees you earn here will be important, but the person you become during this journey will be even more significant.
