Introduction

The Wellbeing Club is dedicated to promoting the physical, mental, and emotional health of learners and staff. The club aims to create a supportive environment that encourages positive lifestyle choices, stress management, and overall wellness. Through workshops, awareness drives, and interactive activities, the club fosters a culture of self-care, mindfulness, and resilience within the campus community.

Objectives

  • 1. To raise awareness about the importance of mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing.
  • 2. To provide a platform for learners to discuss stress, anxiety, and other wellbeing-related concerns in a safe and supportive setting.
  • 3. To organize wellness programs, yoga sessions, health camps, and motivational talks.
  • 4. To encourage healthy habits and positive coping mechanisms for academic and personal growth.
  • 5. To collaborate with counsellors, healthcare professionals, and NGOs to promote holistic wellbeing.
